Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at EarnFlex Ltd. in Long Lee. The ideal candidate will have a strong security background and be responsible for ensuring the safety and protection of our premises, staff, and assets.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the premises and ensure all visitors are authorized and properly escorted
• Conduct routine security patrols of the premises and surrounding areas
• Inspect and maintain security equipment, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems
• Respond to security incidents, such as theft, vandalism, or trespass
• Report incidents and provide written and verbal statements as necessary
• Cooperate with law enforcement and other emergency services
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies and procedures
• Assist with other security-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of situational awareness
• Physical fitness and the ability to work shifts in all weather conditions
• Proficiency in using CCTV surveillance and other security equipment
• Knowledge of fire safety and emergency procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
