EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Long Stratton, Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a secure and safe environment for our employees and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patrols of the facility, both inside and outside the premises
• Monitor security cameras and surveillance systems
• Respond to alarms and security breaches
• Enforce safety and security protocols
• Greet and screen visitors and contractors
• Control access to restricted areas
• Report suspicious activities and incidents to management
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of security activities
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other security agencies as necessary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two or more years of experience in a security role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of security systems and equipment
• Physical fitness and endurance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
