EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Loughton. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor surveillance cameras and conduct regular patrols of the premises
• Control access to the building and grant/deny entry as appropriate
• Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, and other incidents
• Report suspicious activities, safety hazards, or incidents to management
• Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Assist in the implementation of new security measures
• Cooperate with law enforcement and other emergency responders as needed
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Security Officer (a minimum of 3 years required)
• Knowledge of security systems, protocols, and best practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently
• Physically fit and able to perform extended periods of standing, walking, and lifting
• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent qualification preferred
