EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Macclesfield. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, assets, and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and prevent unauthorized access or activities
• Respond promptly to security breaches, emergencies, and incidents
• Conduct thorough security checks of individuals and vehicles entering and leaving the premises
• Operate and maintain security equipment, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms
• Provide a visible and reassuring presence to visitors, employees, and contractors
• Maintain accurate records of security incidents, patrols, and inspections
• Comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Stay abreast of security best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a security officer (minimum of 2 years)
• SIA Close Protection or Public Space Surveillance license (preferred)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
