EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a reliable and vigilant Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Maghery, Dungannon. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, ensuring the safety and security of employees, visitors, and assets
• Conduct security inspections, including access control, perimeter checks, and surveillance camera monitoring
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• Report suspicious activities, incidents, and threats to appropriate authorities
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Provide assistance and support to law enforcement and emergency responders
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all security-related activities
• Operate and maintain security equipment, including cameras, alarms, and access control systems
• Ensure compliance with all applicable security regulations and laws

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong observation and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to perform assigned duties
• Experience in a security-related role is preferred
• Previous experience in law enforcement or military service is an asset
• SIA (Security Industry Authority) certification or willingness to obtain it
