EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at our Cathedral Approach office in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our assets, employees, and visitors while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to all areas of the premises
• Conduct routine patrols of the facility and surrounding areas
• Respond to alarms and other security incidents
• Investigate suspicious activities and incidents
• Escort personnel or visitors as required
• Implement and enforce security policies and procedures
• Report security incidents, concerns, and observations to management
• Assist with emergency procedures, including evacuations and first aid
• Provide customer service to visitors and employees

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent certification
• Up-to-date knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
• Physical fitness and ability to perform physically demanding tasks
