EarnFlex Ltd., a leading provider of flexible workforce solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Manchester. Reporting to the Site Manager, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises and assets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce security protocols and procedures
• Patrol designated areas, checking for unauthorized activities or suspicious behavior
• Respond to security breaches, emergencies, and incidents
• Conduct security checks of personnel, visitors, and vehicles
• Operate security equipment and surveillance systems
• Maintain accurate records and report security-related observations and incidents
• Assist law enforcement and other emergency responders as required
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions with clients, employees, and visitors
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging security threats

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security officer role
• Strong understanding of security protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Physical fitness and ability to work independently and under pressure
• Proficient with security equipment and surveillance systems
• Knowledge of crowd control techniques and emergency response protocols
• SIA Security Guarding License or equivalent is desirable
