Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the assigned property 24/7, ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and property
• Control access to the premises, verifying identification and granting entry as authorized
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches
• Conduct regular inspections of the premises, including security systems and potential hazards
• Document all security incidents, observations, and actions taken
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other authorities as necessary
• Maintain detailed records of all security-related activities
• Provide excellent customer service to staff, visitors, and stakeholders
• Follow all established security protocols and procedures
• Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience as a Security Officer or in a related field
• Excellent physical fitness and the ability to work long and irregular hours
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and assertive in tense situations
• Proficiency in using CCTV cameras, security systems, and communication devices
• Understanding of relevant security regulations and laws
• Clean criminal record
• SIA Close Protection Officer License (preferred)
