Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, and property
• Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control and surveillance
• Conduct routine inspections of the premises and security systems
• Respond to alarms and other security incidents promptly and effectively
• Prepare and submit security reports as required
• Provide customer service and support to tenants and visitors
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and advancements in security technology

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
• Excellent physical fitness and stamina
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
• Knowledge of security systems and equipment
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
