Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join their team in Nairn, IV12. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment, ensuring compliance with security policies, and deterring potential threats.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the workplace, including employees, visitors, and contractors
• Enforce security policies and procedures, such as ID checks, bag searches, and incident reporting
• Conduct regular security patrols to detect and prevent security breaches
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies in a timely and effective manner
• Collect evidence and assist with investigations in the event of a security incident
• Maintain accurate records and logs of all security-related activities
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as required
• Stay abreast of the latest security best practices and technologies

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Security Officer in a similar setting
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work extended hours, including night shifts
• Knowledge of security equipment and systems, such as CCTV, alarms, and access control
• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent certification
• Clean criminal record
• Good working knowledge of health and safety regulations
