Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Northampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting our assets, ensuring the safety of our employees and visitors, and maintaining a secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises
• Conduct security patrols and inspections
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Report suspicious activity or security breaches
• Maintain and operate security systems and equipment
• Complete incident reports and provide statements as needed
• Assist with crowd control and event security
• Provide customer service and assist visitors

Qualifications

• SIA Close Protection or Security Guarding License
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a security officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to work extended hours
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Problem-solving skills and quick thinking in emergency situations
