EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Norwich, NR2 4SF. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and assets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and respond to incidents
• Enforce security policies and procedures
• Control access to the facility and screen visitors
• Conduct regular security checks and inspections
• Respond to alarms and emergencies
• Report suspicious activity and incidents to management
• Provide customer service and assist with general inquiries
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
• SIA (Security Industry Authority) License
• Excellent observation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to remain alert and vigilant
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
