EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles and practices, with a proven track record of protecting assets, deterring crime, and maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas, including buildings, grounds, and perimeter
• Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control, visitor management, and fire safety
• Conduct security checks, including vehicle inspections and bag searches
• Respond to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms
• Maintain and operate security equipment, such as surveillance cameras, access control systems, and fire alarms
• Report security concerns and incidents to management
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other security personnel
• Provide assistance to visitors, employees, and tenants

Qualifications

• Certified Security Guard License (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security role
• Strong knowledge of security principles and practices
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in using security equipment and technology
