EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Oban, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and safeguarding our assets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises, using surveillance cameras and other security measures
• Conduct regular patrols of the property, both inside and out
• Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and effectively
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
• Communicate with visitors and employees, providing information and assistance
• Report any suspicious activity or incidents to management
• Maintain accurate records of all security activities
• Follow all company and industry safety regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security role
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods
• Up-to-date knowledge of security technology and systems
• Current SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or willingness to obtain one
• Clean criminal record
