Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Oxshott, KT22 0SU. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and prevent crime or other incidents
• Conduct routine security checks, including building inspections, equipment checks, and access control
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity promptly and effectively
• Protect company property and assets from theft, damage, or unauthorized use
• Control access to restricted areas and enforce security policies and procedures
• Perform regular foot patrols and vehicle inspections
• Maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents and activities
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other security personnel as needed
• Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and clients in a courteous and professional manner

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• 2+ years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and observational abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using security equipment and technology
• First-Aid and CPR certification preferred
• SIA badge or equivalent certification required
• Valid driving license (full UK or EU) is essential
