Job Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team at our site in Crimple Meadows, Pannal. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security principles and practices, and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, ensuring perimeter security and preventing unauthorized access
• Conduct thorough security checks of visitors, employees, and vehicles
• Operate and maintain security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control, and intruder alarms
• Respond promptly to security incidents and take appropriate action
• Escort visitors and employees as required
• Maintain detailed logs and incident reports
• Adhere to all company security policies and procedures
• Assist with emergency preparedness and evacuation plans
• Work effectively as part of a team and independently

Qualifications

• SIA license required
• Proven experience as a Security Officer in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to observe and report accurately
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness sufficient to perform required duties
• GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (or willingness to work towards these)
