Job Description Overview:EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to provide comprehensive security services at its premises in Raphoe Townparks, Raphoe. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding people, assets, and property while adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.Responsibilities:Monitor and patrol designated areas to detect and deter unauthorized entry or activitiesOperate and maintain security systems, including CCTV, access control, and intrusion alarmsConduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and mitigate security risksRespond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, ensuring safety and minimizing damageControl access to the premises and verify the identities of visitors and staffMaintain accurate security logs and documentationReport security incidents, suspicious activities, and breaches of policy to managementCollaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as requiredQualifications:Possess a valid Security Guard License or equivalent certification2+ years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in surveillance and observation techniquesStrong physical presence and ability to deter potential threatsMeticulous attention to detail and ability to report incidents accuratelyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent time management and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of relevant security regulations and best practicesPhysical fitness sufficient for regular patrols and response activitiesWorkplace Type: On-site Post Code: F93 PR26 Job Location: Raphoe Townparks, Raphoe, Co.
