EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly qualified and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to provide exceptional security services at its site in Reepham, Norwich. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding personnel, assets, and the premises, ensuring a safe and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site entrances and exits to control access and deter unauthorized entry
• Conduct regular patrols of the property, both internally and externally
• Respond to security breaches, emergencies, and suspicious activities
• Maintain surveillance and document observations to identify potential security threats
• Provide assistance and support to staff, visitors, and other authorized individuals
• Enforce company security policies and procedures to ensure compliance and prevent misconduct
• Conduct background checks and security screenings to identify potential risks
• Prepare incident reports and maintain accurate records of security-related activities

Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Security and Investigation, or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant in all situations
• Experience using security surveillance systems, access control devices, and other relevant equipment
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to work extended hours and shifts in a potentially challenging environment
• Possession of a clean criminal record and ability to obtain security clearance (if required)
