Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team at our Riddlesden site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the premises, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the property and perimeter to detect any suspicious activity or security breaches
• Monitor CCTV systems and respond to any alarms or incidents
• Control access to the site and issue visitor passes
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Report all security-related incidents to management
• Provide first-aid assistance in case of emergencies
• Maintain detailed logs and documentation of all security-related events
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and updates in security protocols

Qualifications:

• SIA license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Proven experience as a security officer in a similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and ability to work extended hours and shifts
• Basic knowledge of CCTV systems, first aid, and fire safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
