EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Ripon, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their assets. This on-site role requires a proactive and vigilant individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect suspicious activity
• Respond promptly to security breaches and emergencies
• Identify and report potential hazards or security risks
• Control access to authorized personnel and vehicles
• Conduct security inspections and document findings
• Assist with emergency evacuations and drills
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
• Report incidents and accidents in a timely manner
• Comply with all safety and security policies and procedures

Qualifications

• SIA Security Guard License or equivalent certification
• At least 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent physical fitness and stamina
• Strong observation and surveillance skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in written and verbal reporting
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
