Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team at EarnFlex Ltd. in Royston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and assets. This is an on-site position with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both internally and externally
• Monitor and control access to the site, ensuring only authorized individuals are permitted entry
• Respond promptly to any security breaches or emergencies
• Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors
• Conduct security audits and inspections to identify potential security vulnerabilities
• Maintain and monitor security systems, including CCTV cameras and access control systems
• Report any suspicious activities or persons to management
• Prepare and submit daily security reports

Qualifications

• SIA-approved security license
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security officer role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in all weather conditions
• First Aid certification desirable
• Excellent attention to detail and observation skills
• Experience with security technology, including CCTV cameras and access control systems, is an advantage
