Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to protect its premises and assets in Rushton, Kettering. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of security protocols, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, and property
• Implement and enforce security procedures, including access control, surveillance, and incident response
• Screen and control access to the premises through gates, entrances, and exits
• Conduct physical searches of individuals and vehicles as necessary
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity in a timely and efficient manner
• Report and document incidents, observations, and security-related activities
• Conduct routine inspections of security equipment and systems to ensure proper functioning
• Maintain a clean and organized security area
• Follow all health and safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Security Officer in a commercial or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, including access control, surveillance, and incident response
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to perform routine patrols and inspections
• Valid SIA license (or willingness to obtain one)
• Experience in using security equipment and systems
• Clean criminal record
