EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises in Sandbeds. This is an on-site position located at BD20 5NQ.

Responsibilities:

• Patrol and monitor designated areas to prevent unauthorized entry, theft, or vandalism
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies swiftly and effectively
• Communicate with employees, visitors, and external parties as necessary
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security
• Maintain security equipment and conduct regular inspections
• Prepare and submit detailed security reports and incident logs
• Cooperate with local authorities and law enforcement as required

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods
• Working knowledge of security principles and practices
• Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred
• Valid security license or willingness to obtain one
