EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team in Selby. This on-site position is responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of personnel, property, and visitors at our premises.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to assigned areas through electronic systems, CCTV surveillance, and physical presence
• Conduct regular patrols of premises, inspecting for potential threats and incidents
• Respond promptly to alarms, security breaches, and emergency situations
• Assist with visitor screening and registration, ensuring compliance with security policies
• Report and document incidents, observations, and security-related activities
• Maintain a professional demeanor and interact courteously with staff, visitors, and the public
• Adhere to all company security policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Proficient in the use of security surveillance and communication systems
• Physical fitness and ability to perform demanding duties
• Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license required
