EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Settle, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their property.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and prevent unauthorized access, theft, and vandalism
• Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management
• Conduct regular security rounds and inspections, and report any discrepancies or suspicious activities
• Respond to alarms and emergencies promptly and effectively, following established protocols
• Maintain accurate incident and security logs, and provide comprehensive reports as required
• Monitor and maintain security equipment, such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems
• Provide excellent customer service, interacting professionally with clients, visitors, and other stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and security regulations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar setting
• Strong understanding of security principles, including threat assessment and risk management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform duties effectively
• Proficiency in the use of CCTV and other security equipment
• Clean driving record
