Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team at our facility in Shepreth, Royston. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe and secure environment by enforcing company security policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the facility, including visitors, employees, and contractors
• Perform regular patrols of the premises to detect any suspicious activity or security breaches
• Respond to alarms and security incidents promptly and effectively
• Maintain accurate records of all security-related activities
• Assist with investigations and report incidents to management
• Provide customer service and support to visitors and employees
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a security officer in a similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using security monitoring equipment and systems
• Strong attention to detail and alertness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent physical fitness and mobility
• Valid SIA license
