Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at our Shimpling site. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our premises, assets, and personnel, ensuring the well-being and security of all individuals within the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the designated premises, enforcing security regulations
• Screen visitors, verify identities, and grant access as authorized
• Conduct regular security inspections and report any potential threats or vulnerabilities
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and breaches of security in a prompt and efficient manner
• Maintain security logs and report incidents, suspicious activities, and concerns
• Liaise with law enforcement, contractors, and emergency services as necessary
• Ensure compliance with all applicable security policies and procedures
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while on duty

Qualifications

• Certificate in Security or equivalent qualification (preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years' proven experience in a security role
• Strong understanding of security principles, risk assessment, and emergency response protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to work extended hours
