EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and vigilant Full-time Security Officer to protect and safeguard our premises in Skegness. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional observation skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to upholding security measures.
Overview:
As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our facility. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Monitoring building perimeters, both internally and externally, using CCTV and other security systems
- Patrolling the premises and conducting regular checks to identify and deter suspicious activities
- Screening and managing visitor access, including checking identification and maintaining visitor logs
- Responding promptly to incidents, including medical emergencies and security breaches
- Reporting suspicious behavior, security concerns, and potential hazards to management
- Collaborating with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices in security
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a security role
- Strong observation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness for patrolling and responding to incidents
- Detail-oriented, with excellent record-keeping abilities
- Up-to-date on security industry trends and technologies
