EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and vigilant Full-time Security Officer to protect and safeguard our premises in Skegness. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional observation skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to upholding security measures.

Overview:

As a Security Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our facility. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Monitoring building perimeters, both internally and externally, using CCTV and other security systems
• Patrolling the premises and conducting regular checks to identify and deter suspicious activities
• Screening and managing visitor access, including checking identification and maintaining visitor logs
• Responding promptly to incidents, including medical emergencies and security breaches
• Reporting suspicious behavior, security concerns, and potential hazards to management
• Collaborating with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry best practices in security

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a security role
• Strong observation and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness for patrolling and responding to incidents
• Detail-oriented, with excellent record-keeping abilities
• Up-to-date on security industry trends and technologies
