Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, checking for any suspicious activity or security breaches
• Monitor CCTV cameras and other security systems, responding promptly to any alerts
• Enforce company security policies and procedures, including access control and visitor management
• Conduct background checks on new employees and visitors
• Maintain accurate security logs and incident reports
• Assist with emergency response procedures and evacuation drills
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and security agencies as needed
• Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends and best practices

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security officer role
• Strong knowledge of security principles and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using CCTV and other security technology
• Physically fit and able to respond to emergency situations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Clean criminal record
