Overview
EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Southall, UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and assets.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to buildings and grounds
- Patrol premises to ensure compliance with security regulations
- Respond to alarms, security breaches, and other emergencies
- Conduct security checks, including bag and parcel inspections
- Document incidents and provide written reports
- Maintain and operate security equipment, such as CCTV cameras, alarm systems, and access control systems
- Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as required
- Follow all company security policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Physical fitness and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
