Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at our Southwold location. The successful candidate will be responsible for protecting the company's assets, employees, and visitors while maintaining a strong security presence.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to detect and prevent security breaches
• Respond to alarms and investigate suspicious activity
• Screen visitors and check for proper identification
• Maintain access control systems and issue keys
• Enforce security policies and procedures
• Conduct routine inspections of security systems and equipment
• Report incidents and observations to supervisors
• Assist with crowd control and emergency situations
• Provide customer service to visitors and employees
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and security regulations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proficient in security systems, such as CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
• Strong physical presence and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or equivalent
