EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and reliable Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Staffin, Isle of Skye. The successful candidate will be an experienced security professional with a strong ability to maintain vigilance, enforce regulations, and protect personnel and property.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol designated areas to deter and detect security breaches
- Enforce company policies and procedures, including access control, vehicle checks, and incident reporting
- Respond promptly to security incidents, including emergencies and alarms
- Inspect and maintain security equipment, such as CCTV cameras, door locks, and alarms
- Screen visitors, verify identities, and grant access as authorized
- Report suspicious activities, safety hazards, and any incidents to management
- Assist with crowd control and provide guidance to visitors
- Collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies when necessary
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Security Officer for a minimum of 2 years
- Certified in first aid and CPR
- Strong physical fitness and ability to work effectively in a demanding environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for observation
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion
