EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team at our site in Stebbing, Dunmow CM6. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control access to the premises, including gates, doors, and surveillance cameras
• Conduct regular patrols of the site, both inside and out
• Respond to alarms and other security incidents promptly and effectively
• Provide emergency assistance to employees and visitors
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
• Report all security-related matters to management
• Follow all safety and security protocols
• Work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Security Industry Authority (SIA) certification is essential
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong observation and reporting abilities
• Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
• First Aid and CPR certification is desirable
