  Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Stevenage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises and safeguarding personnel and assets.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter and prevent unauthorized access, theft, or other security breaches
• Enforce company security policies and procedures, including access control, alarm response, and visitor management
• Conduct regular security inspections and report any suspicious activities or hazards
• Investigate security incidents, gather evidence, and report findings to management
• Maintain and inspect security equipment, such as cameras, alarms, and access control systems
• Provide assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors in case of emergencies
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with the public and other stakeholders
• Work effectively as part of a team and report to the Security Manager

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in a security officer role
• Current Security Industry Authority (SIA) license
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Proficient in using security equipment and reporting systems
• Physical fitness and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Clean criminal record and ability to pass background checks
