Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Stockport, UK. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control access to the building and its perimeter
• Conduct regular patrols and inspections of the premises
• Respond to security incidents and emergencies promptly and effectively
• Maintain a comprehensive incident log and report security breaches
• Operate and maintain security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control, and alarms
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
• Intervene in potential conflicts or suspicious activities
• Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors as needed

Qualifications:

• SIA-accredited Security Officer license (minimum Level 2)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a security officer role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in operating security equipment and software
• First aid and emergency response training (preferred)
