EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a professional and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Stokesley, UK. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and oversee the security of the building and surroundings, 24/7
• Conduct routine patrol inspections and respond to alarms and incidents
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Conduct access control and identification checks on authorized personnel
• Investigate and report security violations or suspicious activities
• Liaise with management, law enforcement, and emergency services as required
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
• Ensure the proper functioning of security equipment and systems
• Participate in security training and professional development programs

Qualifications

• Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or certification (preferably)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in surveillance and monitoring techniques
• Physical fitness with the ability to respond to emergencies
• Basic computer literacy for reporting and record-keeping
• Strong observational and attention to detail
• Experience in a similar security role in a commercial or residential setting preferred
