EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Tetbury. Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel, the successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of security principles and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises to deter and detect suspicious activities
• Enforce company security policies and procedures, including access control and incident reporting
• Conduct routine security inspections of buildings, equipment, and vehicles
• Respond to security breaches, alarms, and emergencies promptly and effectively
• Maintain and operate security systems, including surveillance cameras and access control devices
• Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed
• Write and submit detailed security reports and incident logs
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and security trends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical fitness and ability to work in demanding conditions
• Working knowledge of security systems and equipment
• SIA Security Officer License (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Clean criminal record and background check
