Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Thorley, Bishop's Stortford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including buildings, parking lots, and grounds
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and suspicious activity
• Enforce security policies and procedures
• Check identification and access credentials
• Report security incidents and findings to management
• Maintain security equipment and systems
• Assist with crowd control and traffic management
• Provide customer service and assist visitors
• Keep accurate records and document all security-related activities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
• Strong physical and mental fitness
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic knowledge of security equipment and systems
• SIA-approved security license
• First aid and CPR certification is highly desirable
