EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and vigilant Full-time Security Officer to safeguard our premises in Uig, Isle of Skye. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the facility, both inside and outside
• Respond promptly to security incidents, including fire, theft, and suspicious activity
• Monitor and control access to the premises, including gates, doors, and security systems
• Conduct thorough searches of individuals and vehicles upon request
• Assist law enforcement and emergency services as required
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate records and reports of security incidents and observations
• Liaise with management and staff regarding security concerns
• Keep abreast of security trends and best practices
• Be prepared to work irregular hours and weekends

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in security operations or a related field
• Proven experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
• Excellent physical condition and ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of relevant security regulations and best practices
• Basic computer literacy
