EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to provide comprehensive security services at our Wantage location. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of security principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and security of our premises.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both inside and out, to deter and detect suspicious activity
• Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to alarms and incidents promptly and appropriately
• Perform vehicle and pedestrian access control, including ID checks and bag searches
• Enforce company security policies and procedures, including fire safety and emergency response
• Report all incidents, suspicious activities, and security breaches to management
• Document all observations, patrols, and incidents in a detailed and accurate manner
• Assist with crowd control and emergency evacuation procedures
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Qualifications

• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or equivalent certification
• 2+ years of experience in a security officer role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong situational awareness and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to respond to physical confrontations
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Proficient in the use of surveillance cameras and other security equipment
