EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Watton, Thetford. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Patrol designated areas on foot or by vehicle to monitor and deter suspicious activity
• Conduct thorough security checks of personnel, visitors, and vehicles at entry and exit points
• Monitor surveillance cameras and respond promptly to any incidents
• Maintain a visible and proactive presence to prevent crime and deter threats
• Report any security breaches or suspicious incidents to management
• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Participate in emergency response drills and procedures
• Maintain and update security equipment and systems
• Assist with the implementation and enforcement of company security policies and procedures
• Collaborate with law enforcement and other security personnel as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience as a security officer in a similar setting
• Strong knowledge of security principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and capable of performing physically demanding tasks
• SIA License (preferred)
• First Aid and CPR certification (preferred)
