Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure security and prevent unauthorized access
• Conduct security checks, searches, and screenings as necessary
• Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies promptly and effectively
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
• Provide customer service to visitors, clients, and employees
• Maintain detailed logs and reports on security-related activities
• Collaborate with other security officers and law enforcement as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2+ years of experience as a security officer
• Strong knowledge of security principles and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license or willingness to obtain one preferred
