Overview

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Westmill, Buntingford. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol designated areas to detect and prevent security breaches
• Control access to the premises and verify the identity of visitors
• Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, initiating appropriate action
• Conduct regular safety inspections and report potential hazards
• Document and report security incidents, including writing detailed reports
• Liaise with external security providers, such as police and fire departments
• Train and supervise junior security staff
• Maintain order and enforce company policies within the assigned area
• Perform other duties as assigned to maintain a safe and secure environment

Qualifications

• SIA Security License (Level 3 or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical fitness and ability to work in all weather conditions
• Proficient in basic computer applications
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is desirable
