EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Wetherby, LS22. The successful candidate will be responsible for safeguarding our premises, assets, and personnel, ensuring a secure and orderly work environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine patrols of the premises and perimeter, monitoring for suspicious activity
• Inspect entry and exit points, ensuring proper identification and authorization
• Respond to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches
• Monitor and operate security cameras and access control systems
• Deter and apprehend trespassers, unauthorized visitors, and potential threats
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Provide escort services to visitors and employees as needed
• Maintain detailed security reports and documentation
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and emerging security trends

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience as a security officer in a corporate or commercial setting is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of security principles and procedures
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and able to perform active patrols and respond to incidents
• First aid and CPR certification preferred
