EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Wilford, Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of our premises, staff, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the assigned premises, both indoors and outdoors, to prevent unauthorized access or activity
• Conduct thorough searches of visitors and property as necessary
• Respond to security breaches, emergencies, and suspicious behavior
• Document and report incidents, observations, and patrols
• Assist law enforcement and emergency personnel as required
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Provide customer service to visitors and staff
• Stay abreast of security trends and best practices

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a security role
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and observational skills
• Excellent physical condition and the ability to work in all types of weather conditions
• Knowledge of security systems, procedures, and laws
• Clean criminal record
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred
