EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Security Officer to join our team in Witney, Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the premises, both internally and externally
• Control access to the building and ensure that only authorized individuals enter
• Respond promptly to security breaches and emergencies
• Conduct security checks of visitors and vehicles
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date security logs
• Report any suspicious activities or incidents to management
• Adhere to all relevant security protocols and procedures
• Work closely with other security personnel and external agencies
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times

Qualifications

• SIA (Security Industry Authority) license is essential
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Physical fitness and ability to work flexible hours
• Knowledge of security systems and equipment is highly desirable
