Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Wolverhampton. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas, enforcing security policies and procedures
• Respond to alarms, investigate incidents, and take appropriate action
• Control access to restricted areas and protect company assets
• Conduct regular security checks and report any suspicious activity or hazards
• Provide information and assistance to visitors, employees, and contractors
• Report any breaches or violations of security measures
• Maintain and operate security equipment, including surveillance cameras and access control systems
• Liaise with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed
• Complete security logs and reports accurately and promptly

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Security Officer in a similar industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• Physical fitness and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of security principles, procedures, and regulations
• Experience in using security equipment, such as surveillance systems and access control devices
• Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license or equivalent
• First Aid and Fire Safety certification preferred
