Job Overview:

EarnFlex Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Time Security Officer to join our team in Wolverhampton. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both internally and externally
• Monitor surveillance cameras and respond promptly to any suspicious activity
• Control access to the premises and verify the identity of visitors
• Protect property and assets from theft, vandalism, or damage
• Enforce company policies and procedures related to security
• Maintain a detailed log of all security incidents and activities
• Assist law enforcement or emergency services during incidents
• Conduct fire safety drills and inspections
• Provide customer service and assist with general inquiries

Qualifications:

• NVQ Level 2 in Security or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Security Officer
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work long hours
• Experience with CCTV monitoring and incident reporting
• Clean driving license and own vehicle is desirable
