EarnFlex Ltd. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Full-Time Security Officer to join our team in Yoxford, Suffolk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and assets.

Overview:

• Maintain a safe and secure work environment for employees, visitors, and property
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of the premises
• Monitor and respond to alarms and emergencies
• Control access to the premises and conduct security checks
• Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as necessary
• Generate and maintain accurate security reports

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a highly visible presence to deter crime and maintain order
• Inspect and report any security risks or vulnerabilities
• Conduct investigations and resolve security incidents
• Provide support to employees and visitors in emergency situations
• Assist with crowd control and manage access to restricted areas
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and security technologies

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Security Officer in a similar environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong physical fitness and ability to work shifts
• Proficiency in using security equipment and technology
• Clear understanding of security protocols and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• SIA-licensed (or working towards it) is desirable
