Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Officer to join our team at EarnFlex Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment within the designated premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol the assigned area to ensure the safety and security of property, personnel, and visitors
• Enforce company security policies and procedures
• Respond to security incidents promptly and effectively
• Conduct access control and identify and challenge unauthorized individuals
• Conduct security-related investigations and report incidents
• Maintain a detailed log of all security activities
• Maintain and operate security equipment (e.g., cameras, alarms, access control systems)
• Provide customer service and assistance to employees, visitors, and other stakeholders
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and policies

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a security-related role
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Strong physical presence and ability to handle challenging situations
• Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and situational awareness
• Valid driving license (preferred)
